At camp, we divided into groups and left to search. I took my group south toward the pine forests. Along the way we spotted a Black Racer and a DOR Yellow Ratsnake.

We stopped to look at the Trumpet and Hooded Pitcher Plants that were blooming in the moist soils among the pines.

We found numerous newly transformed Ornate Chorus Frogs that were hopping around in the grass .
