Win, Hope, Joy and Ethan accompanied me to the motel after lunch. After everyone refreshed themselves and napped a little, we headed to camp. We like to take a route that approaches Hellhole off US 17 from the north and passes through a community named Bethera. This route provides a better chance to see herps while traveling.

We came upon an Eastern Kingsnake.
